Congress Hall

“Congress Hall" is located on the main square of Astana. The construction of the unique structure was completed in 1963. Initially, the building was named — the Palace of Virgin Lands. After a major renovation in 1999, it acquired a completely new look, all the interior spaces were transformed. Since the building began to perform new functional duties, it was quite logical to rename it to the “Congress Hall".

Today "Congress Hall" is a modern concert hall and the main cultural center of Astana. It meets all international standards: 158 rooms and an auditorium with 1,600 seats are located on its six floors. Orchestra and ballet halls, a restaurant and a reception hall — its infrastructure is extensive and thoughtful. And amazing acoustics, an expanded stage and luxury dressing rooms allow you to host world-class stars. The foyer of the palace, spacious and bright, is made as convenient as possible for holding large exhibitions and fairs.
